BAR RUN – MRC 11 YEARS ANNIVERSARY 🎉🍻

For 11 years, we’ve been running, celebrating, and raising a glass together and this year we’re turning it up once again with our legendary BAR RUN

If you’ve never joined before, get ready for something special:
👉 We’ll split into teams (just like every First Saturday), but instead of one route, the teams will head out to different Mikkeller bars across the city. We will run from location to location and at each stop, you’ll get a beer – all for free. Yes, free.

And when the runs are done? That’s when the real party begins. Expect:

• 🏆 Alcohol-free Beer Mile (teams of 4, sign up on the day, prizes for the winners)

– It’s Alive: 5 or 7 km – slowest runner sets the pace
– I Wish: 7 km – Pace: 5:45 min/km
– Ny Såååårt: 10 km – Pace: 5:30 min/km
– YFMU & IF: 10–12 km – Pace: 5:15 min/km
– Stella 5: 10 km – Pace: 5:00 min/km
– Beer Geeks: 12 km – Pace: 4:30–4:45 min/km
– Limbo Series: 10 km – Pace: 4:15 min/km

What is First Saturday?

On the first Saturday of every month, Mikkeller Running Club chapters all over the world meet for a social run and a beer. It’s the perfect way to kick off a new month – and we’ve been doing it for 11 years.
Teams for all levels. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers.
