Ramen To Bíiru Østerbro
In a small square in the posh yet inviting Østerbro district of Copenhagen, you’ll find the third iteration of our ramen restaurant, Ramen to Bíiru.Japanese ramen's tradition and history are well-known. With the arrival of Takuro Otani from Japan long before the opening of our first ramen location in Nørrebro, we aimed to honor the culture of creating ramen, giving the chef time to adjust to his new Danish surroundings and also prepare his broth exactly as it would be in Japan.
Working within the three major categories of ramen – Shio, Shoyu, and Miso – Takuro's ramen represents a spectrum of flavors. These flavors range from the lightest (shio) to the richest (miso), and all are topped with homemade noodles and finely-selected toppings. This marriage of flavor and tradition is what made Ramen to Bíiru a massive success in Copenhagen.
Like our spot in Vesterbro, the Østerbro location is larger than the original Nørrebro restaurant. What's more, this location has some extraordinary outdoor seating on Victor Borges Square. The selection is the same as our other Ramen to Bíiru outlets, with a rotating monthly ramen and all the other goodies you’ve come to know and love from this family of restaurants.
