How Somersby transformed Baghaven to a Garden of Eden

The aim was to create an immersive brand activation that would engage influencers, media and key industry profiles, while generating strong organic visibility across social platforms.

Who: Somersby
The experience needed to feel sensory, surprising and contemporary, positioning Somersby as a modern and innovative brand within the Carlsberg portfolio.

In close collaboration with Somersby’s creative agency, we transformed Baghaven into a Garden of Eden-inspired setting, balancing raw industrial architecture with curated botanical elements.
From arrival to departure, guests were immersed in the Forbidden Fruit universe, with each element designed to support the overall narrative. To enhance the experience, we developed a bespoke on-site menu, using red apples as a recurring ingredient, carefully composed to complement the cider’s flavour profile.

As a final highlight, a four-metre-long snake was revealed, creating a striking visual moment and strong social content.
The event delivered a strong and cohesive brand activation, resulting in:

· High engagement among influencers and industry professionals
· Significant organic reach across social media
· Clear reinforcement of Somersby’s visual identity
· A memorable and shareable guest experience

Through a combination of thoughtful storytelling, spatial design and precise execution, the launch successfully positioned Somersby and the Carlsberg Group, as leaders in contemporary brand experiences.
